Hi !
Thanks for visiting my page! I hope to get to know you better over time, but until then, here’s a little bit about me:
I am a Sports Nutritionist, an avid Triathlete, and a novice badminton player. I am a Post Graduate with Distinction in Performance Nutrition from the IOPN (UK). I have multiple certifications under the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) ranging from Sports Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Weight Management, Functional Training, and Sport & Exercise Psychology.
I’m an Ironman 70.3 finisher and consistently find myself at the startline of endurance events regardless of which sport! My favorite race is The Ladakh Marathon! Not only is it an undeniably beautiful place but the terrain and altitude make it a race to remember. Training and Racing is a lifestyle for me and I love working with athletes who share a similar passion for performance.
I strive to look after each of my athletes in an individualized holistic manner. I encourage them all to meet their nutritional requirements via whole foods as far as possible. I hold science as gospel, and my approach to meal planning is reflective of that. No matter your case, I ensure enough variation so that no one is left crying over lunch. After all, maintaining a smile on your face while maximizing performance is paramount!
I stay away from fad diets and encourage my clients to have better working knowledge of food and to understand how their bodies react to different foods at different times.
